Yin Yoga and Self-compassion
Learn how to practice self-compassion.
Consciously and unconsciously we tend to beat ourselves up and be our own hardest critics; in this workshop you will learn to become aware of the “self-talk" and how turn it around, whilst you are in a sitting or lying-down pose to stretch the connective tissue.
When we have compassion for ourselves, we are happier, healthier and have better relationships.
This workshop will be held in English and it is open for everyone. You do not need any prior knowledge.
