Science has proofed that it is our thoughts that are responsible for our wellbeing- our health - our stress levels- our sleeping patterns -our nervous system needs a break so if you notice that you sometimes feels irritated, tired, easily catch a cold this is an excellent opportunity for you to start , you dont need to have taken any yoga classes previously this is for all beings stiff, flexible, young and old
