This Yin Yoga workshop will be focusing on the awakening of our awareness, finding back to our natural body intelligence, directing our attention towards our inner organs, through breath exercises and visualisations, to regain vitality, in our physical body and our mind. From reactivity towards inner wisdom.
This is an all level workshop. Everyone welcome! – there will be time and space for you to get individual guiding so you can get the most out of the workshop.
The workshop will be 2,5 hours including meditation.
Wear comfortable clothes, socks and a jumper to be cosy.
