I have started practicing Gratitude , I wake up in the Morning and try and think of 3 things I am grateful for and I repeat this in the evening before going to sleep. This practice can change your day waking up thinking positive, being grateful for being alive , having a healthy body maybe ? , having a place to stay, having food, having friends and family it goes on and on, often we focus on things we do not have, things we may have for periods of our lives , practising gratitude is worth a try !
